Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vikram Rana Ports and Logistics Private Limited hereinafter referred to as 'Company'.

Unless otherwise provided, the nature of the services being provided by the Company are in the nature of facilitation services and as such any facilitation fees paid by the User while booking the services shall not be subject to cancellation or refund.

No refund is applicable under any circumstances for use of services offered by the Company. In cases where no services have been availed and a payment has been made, refunds will only be processed if cancellations are done within 3 hours of booking and the booking is for a service after, at least, 7 working days.
